1) What does Thrive Architect do?
Thrive Architect is owned by a company called Thrive Themes. Thrive Architect is 1 of 10 WordPress plugins made by Thrive Themes. Think about it like Apple Inc. They make a MAC, iPhone, iPod, Smart Watch, etc. and all the applications fully integrate with each other. The same holds true for all of Thrive Themes’ plugins. I was originally looking for a completely different solution which was for an optin form like OptinMonster, but I found that Thrive Themes had a plugin called Thrive Leads. Anyway, I ended up buying their membership which included all 10 plugins. Today I’m going to specifically talk about Thrive Architect and how it helped save us money.
Thrive Architect as a WordPress Editor
Thrive Architect is a landing page builder. It’s not quite clear what it can do for you. So I’m going to ‘show’ you how we use it. The blog post you’re reading right now is built using Thrive Architect. Although this is a powerful feature, I use it to create other types of landing pages similar to ClickFunnels and LeadPages, which I’ll get to in a minute.
If you’re using Thrive Architect as your WordPress Editor, as shown in the image, you can still use your other WordPress editors like Elementor, WPBakery, MuffinBuilder, etc. Basically you can drag ‘Elements’ from the left into the Thrive Architect Editor. You don’t have to know any HTML, although I do recommend it to have more control over little things.
Thrive Architect as a Landing Page Builder
We noticed that Thrive Architect didn’t just function as a WordPress Editor like WPBakery and Elementor, but it could create landing pages like LeadPages, ClickFunnels, and InstaPage. We tested it out to see if we could actually replace our LeadPages account. YES!!! We save over $300 per year and have now canceled LeadPages. Just so you understand, Thrive Architect can create landing pages that have no menu or footer like what you see on LeadPages or ClickFunnels. These are often called “Squeeze Pages”. Check out the image below. There’s no menu or footer. These types of landing pages are great if you’re using Facebook Ads Traffic Campaigns.

The best part of it is that you can integrate your landing page with something like Drip.com, MailChimp, Active Campaign, etc. The kicker is that not only will the integrations work with your Thrive Architect plugin, it’ll also work with the Thrive Leads optin form (if you decide to get it). 2) How much does Thrive Architect cost?
If you’re using LeadPages.net, you’re paying $25/mo at a minimum. Actually it’s $300 upfront to get the $25/mo deal. If you’re using ClickFunnels, you’re paying $99/mo. That’s $1,188/yr.
Thrive Architect only costs $228 per year
Installation is a breeze. Once you make your purchase, you’ll download the zip file which contains the plugin. From there you’ll just upload it into the Plugins area within WordPress.

Here are the top competitors you’ll hear about in the industry when it comes to landing pages and creating marketing funnels.
Landing Page Builders
LeadPages $300/yr – We are still subscribers to LeadPages. It’s a great company, but we won’t be renewing our subscription since Thrive Architect does the same thing. ClickFunnels $1,188/yr – ClickFunnels is probably more popular than LeadPages, but it MUCH more expense. Choose ClickFunnels if you need to sell courses and do upselling and downselling at checkout. InstaPage $1,188/yr – InstaPage does a lot of the same things as ClickFunnels.
WordPress Editors

4) Our Conclusion
NONE of these companies can create both landing pages for marketing funnels “and” be used as a WordPress editor, except Thrive Architect. You get the best of both worlds. It has a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. All that for a one-time charge of $67. This is a steal and Thrive Architect should raise their price to $99 minimum.
The only drawback with Thrive Architect is that you cannot use it on any CMS other than WordPress.
